Together We Deliver: 50 Stories of ADB's Partnerships in Asia and the Pacific This special edition of Together We Deliver tells 50 stories that highlight the importance of good partnerships in Asia and the Pacific in meeting complex development challenges. In South Asia, ADB has supported infrastructure development and social programs, helping lift people out of poverty in a diverse, rapidly urbanizing subregion. The South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation Roads Improvement Project, for instance, is set to widen 160 kilometers of Nepal’s East–West Highway, which connects Nepal to India. The improved roads will provide faster and better access to social services and economic opportunities, and will facilitate national and regional integration. The World Bank Logistics Performance Indicators 2.0 (LPI 2.0) Connecting to Compete 2025 lays out the Logistics Performance Indicators 2.0 (LPI 2.0), a redesign of the World Bank's index. The new indicators draw on large-scale tracking data from maritime, aviation, and postal operators, which comprise 80% of global goods trade, providing standardized and comparable measures of supply chain connectivity, speed, and reliability across countries over time. In Bangladesh, GDP is forecast to grow at 3.7% in FY2026 and 4.5% in FY2027. In Bhutan, GDP is forecast at 6.5% in FY2026 and 7.2% in FY2027. India’s GDP is projected at 6.6% in FY2026 and 7.3% in FY2027. Growth in Maldives is forecast at 1.0% in FY2026 before rising to 3.0% in FY2027. Nepal’s GDP is forecast at 3.9% in FY2026 and 4.5% in FY2027. Sri Lanka’s GDP is projected at 4.0% in FY2026 and FY2027. Inflation in South Asia is projected at 5.7% in FY2026 and will ease to 4.8% in FY2027. In Southeast Asia, Growth in Myanmar is forecast at 2.4% in FY2026 and 2.7% in FY2027.
