Regional: SASEC Regional Information and Communication Technology Research and Training Network
This technical assistance aims to strengthen infrastructure by building human capacity in soft business management and development technologies required to operate, manage, and use SASEC regional and village networks. It will also reshape the role of information and communications technologies (ICT) research institutes and generate e-businesses and services. It will further support local entrepreneurs and ICT start-ups in the development of SASEC research and training network.
