India: National Highway Corridor and Public Private Partnership
The project developed a road map for India’s road subsector and provided advice to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in facilitating the preparation of the National Highway Corridor Project. This is intended to transform NHAI into an autonomous body with fiscal and managerial autonomy, and enhance its corporate financial capability.
