Regional: South Asian Subregional Economic Cooperation Tourism Development Plan
The technical assistance conducted an analysis of the tourism sector at the subregional and national level and prepared a tourism development plan (TDP) draft framework based on the themes of ecotourism and Buddhist circuits in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and Nepal (BBIN). The TDP strengthened the network of tourism partners in the region and achieved cooperation among BBIN tourism sectors.
