
India: North Eastern State Roads Investment Program (Project 2)
The second tranche of this multitranche financing facility project, approved in 2011, responds to the Government of India's prioritized acceleration of development efforts in the North Eastern Region. It aims to improve interstate connectivity, enhancing higher class roads, national highways, and state roads in the North Eastern Region, and improving mobility and accessibility throughout the region.
