
Strengthened and Measurable Actions for Resilient and Transformative Health Systems Program (Subprogram 1)
The program supported India in consolidating and strengthening its pandemic preparedness and response (PPR) capability through a multipronged and cross-sectoral approach across central and sub-national governments. The related policy actions aim to improve institutional capacity and mechanisms for infrastructure planning and management in the health sector and raise India's ability to prevent and mitigate the impact of future public health emergencies and complex systemic risks.
