
Strengthening Economic Management and Governance Program (Subprogram 1)
The program strengthens government capacity to address structural challenges in domestic resource mobilization, investment climate enhancement, trade logistics, and governance transparency. Subprogram 1 focuses on rationalizing tax expenditures, automating and digitalizing tax administration, improving data transparency, enhancing public investment management (PIM) systems, strengthening SOE governance and fiscal risk monitoring, streamlining regulations, and advancing trade facilitation.
