SASEC Nodal Officials of Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and Nepal gathered on the sidelines of the 45th Asian Development Bank Annual Meeting in Manila, Philippines to discuss progress made in SASEC transport, trade facilitation, energy, and ICT initiatives in 2011, and provide overall strategic guidance on future activities.
