The Government of India hosted the virtual meetings for SASEC Transport, Trade Facilitation, and Energy Working Groups and Customs Subgroup on 13–14 June 2022 attended by over 200 participants from relevant Ministries and agencies of SASEC member countries. The meetings endorsed studies and projects included in the draft Action Plan for SASEC Initiatives (APSI) 2022–2024, and discussed new proposals for inclusion in the SASEC program.

Mr. Rajat Kumar Mishra, Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs of the Government of India, addressed the opening and closing sessions. The Asian Development Bank moderated the discussions.
