The Asian Development Bank (ADB) presented findings of the comprehensive development plan of the Colombo-Trincomalee Economic Corridor (CTEC) to Dr. Harsha De Silva, Deputy Minister, Ministry of National Policy and Economic Affairs, in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 10 October 2017.

The ADB study team also presented the CTEC report to an inter-ministerial meeting chaired by Mr. R. Paskaralingam, Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister, on 9 October 2017.
