India: National Highway Corridor (Sector)
This technical assistance was designed to facilitate transition from the conventional project loan scheme to a sector loan approach, with increased responsibility devolved to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). It also aimed to facilitate participation of private sector investors in the development of project roads.
