Regional: Promoting South Asian Regional Economic Cooperation II

This technical assistance aims to enhance capacity of the SAARC Secretariat and member states to effectively plan and implement regional cooperation activities. It seeks to strengthen institutional capacity of key priority areas of food security, energy, transport, and trade. It will support initiatives on regional food security, a SAARC study on regional economic integration, knowledge-management activities such as workshops and conferences, and capacity development of regional centers and other SAARC entities.
